Hello there! I am a strength & conditioning coach, licensed medical massage therapist, and mobility specialist. I have over 3,000 hours of education and 10 years of experience in the field. I’ve traveled the world to study physical medicine, bodywork, and athletic training. More importantly, I have been obsessed with human movement for as long as I can remember. I’ve dedicated my entire career to understanding a few very important questions about the body:
How does it work, and why does it stop working?
How do we approach problems intelligently, in a way that delivers real progress?
How do we build a body that doesn't just look good, but performs and feels strong?
How do we achieve life-long resilience, making our body our ally instead of a source of pain and problems?
How do I simplify this information into something that I can share with everyone in a meaningful, actionable way?

— and yet, most of us aren’t taught how to repair it effectively when it isn’t functioning properly. Most people could tell you more about how their car works than how their body functions. When you consider this, it’s no wonder that we rely on medication to treat our injuries.
