Life demands a lot

Simple things like carrying groceries, playing with children, moving furniture around the house, sitting for a long time at our desk, traveling, all of these activities demand our bodies to be ready to go at any time. So what do we do when these activities demand too much from our bodies resulting in pain, discomfort, and ultimately forced to be more sedentary?

Rather than limiting activity, we need to learn to increase our capacity. There is almost always a joint and muscle deficiency at the root of every issue. Why spend countless hours and dollars addressing the symptoms of this issue, when we can simply work to correct the root deficiency? Through instruction and a daily home practice, anyone can build a more functional, long lasting human body!
