“Through working with Jen, I was able to fully heal from 2 frozen shoulders, a sciatica situation that I had mostly given up on, and overall to make a cranky post-menopausal body feel joint stable and smooth again… during a pandemic. I am a Physical Therapist/Acupuncturist, and I know that while I was also training in other modalities with amazing teachers during this time, which were extremely beneficial (Kundalini Yoga, Gyrotonic), the work with Jen was the icing on the cake. Through this I was able to take my recoveries all the way, and even beyond where I started. What I have learned with Jen will remain as a core touchstone of my ongoing body care, no matter what else I’m doing. Plus, I feel much freer and supported to do whatever physical adventures I would like to do!

Jen is an absolutely amazing human being and incredible trainer and MT! I was a massage client of hers for years in Boston, and I miss her so! I always had lots of questions during massages (what sensations I was feeling, which joints felt angry) and she was always happy to explain what she was doing and is incredibly knowledgeable. I always left a session with tips on how to improve myself at home and she would show me rotations, stretches, etc. relevant to what was bothering me at the time, which I still do regularly!
I loved training with her as well. She is incredibly patient (never ever pushy or mean!), and again super thorough in her explanations, and she made videos of each exercise so I would remember exactly how to do them at home. I trained with her remotely during quarantine as well (and she helped me recover from a fractured foot and got me moving again after abdominal surgery), and she was always super accessible outside of sessions when I had any questions. I really enjoyed the programs she wrote for me, and you can tell how they’re tailored exactly for your specific needs.
Her guidance really helped to improve my overall health & wellbeing, I highly highly recommend her!!

Extremely impressed. I don't workout. I don't eat rt. I've never been motivated to do so. After seeing a few of Jen's videos I became curious enough to try it out. After just a couple sessions I began feeling better than I tht possible. She never makes u feel pressured to do more than ur comfortable with. I would highly recommend Jen to anyone looking to improve their overall health. Regardless to what ur ultimate goal is, she will help u get there.

I've spent the majority of my adult (fitness) life trying different kinds of exercise routes. Running, crossfit, olympic weightlifting, yoga, powerlifting, rock climbing, HIIT, and even gymnastics training. In time, after working with different coaches and their respective coaching styles, I started to gain an understanding of what separates the great coaches from the good ones. I can say with confidence Jen belongs in the "great" category. What has impressed me most about her is that she has integrated all the things I've loved about my different athletic explorations and drops the less effective aspects. I also appreciate her attention to detail when teaching different exercises as she wants you to be healthy/safe first and strong/fast/whatever second. This allows for a holistic, lasting approach to fitness that is built sustainably. Jen is fantastic coach and I can't recommend her enough.

The results speak for themselves. I went from daily pain to near pain free in just the first month of work with Coach Jen. And the reason why is also obvious as soon as you start work with her. She designs these programs specifically for you, for strengthening the stuff that needs to work so you can live. It sounds simple but it really makes a huge difference when you’ve worked with other people who just throw generic routines at you. Jen is so much more than that. She takes my lifestyle and daily routines and works with me to help me not miss a workout and to get stronger and healthier a little every day. I was totally new to working out and she guided me through every step on how to become someone that now has a daily routine that I’m happy with. Can’t recommend Jen enough, especially if you’re trying to heal ancient injuries and correct years of abuse like I am!

Jen is really a rare find. Knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly, she absorbing new information very easy. As a massage colleague, I have a lot of respect for the depth of her knowledge about the human body. As her movement student, I have a lot of appreciation for her patience and persistence. The app she uses really makes it easy to communicate issues that may come up, refresh your memory about a technique, and commit to a daily practice.

I am so pleased on the progress of my movement/fitness goals since working with Jen. She manages to keep me on task, with modifications and special attention when needed. She is really easy to talk to, and takes the time to explain the purposefulness and value of the program she created for me. I feel motivated and encouraged consistently. Since working with her my confidence has increased that my body can be strong and pain-free!

Jen is an amazing fitness coach! As a lifelong runner (Age 61- Yikes!), and now, a Yoga teacher Jen taught me how to maintain flexibility and patiently taught me simple CAR exercises so that I can improve my flexibility to continue to do the exercises that I love. Jen is patient, clear and focused on helping the student both learn and improve. I highly recommend Jen as a fitness coach for folks of any age - she is amazing!
