Build Your Custom Plan

All programs are custom-built to fit your needs. During your consult call, Jen will help you choose which options best fit your budget, availability, and goals. Pricing is dependent on the number of programs and live sessions per week. Your custom program will be shared with you through a coaching app called TrueCoach, where you will get access to your training materials, workout history, and communications with your coach!

Payments are made through a monthly subscription, and can be paused in the case of travel, sickness, or any family / life related situations. All custom plans include live sessions and daily access to programs within the app.
